FAQ

The Brass Tacks

What plumbing services do you offer?

Blue Note Pros handles plumbing repairs and installations, 24/7 emergencies, sewer and drain problems, water heaters, leak detection, remodel and new-construction plumbing, and gas plumbing. That matches the service categories laid out in their Plumbing Overview.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency plumbing?

Yes. Blue Note Pros provides 24/7 emergency plumbing, including weekends and holidays, for problems that can’t wait—like burst pipes, sewer backups, overflowing toilets, severe clogs, and water-heater failures.

Do you charge for a plumbing estimate?

No. A licensed plumber assesses the issue on-site, explains what’s wrong and what it will take to fix, and provides a free, no-obligation estimate.

Do you offer financing for plumbing repairs?

Yes. Blue Note Pros offers financing through Wisetack, a third-party financing provider, for plumbing work—including emergency repairs. Customers can check their rate online before deciding whether to move forward.

Are your plumbers licensed and insured?

Yes. Blue Note Pros plumbers hold valid Louisiana plumbing licenses, and the company is fully insured and bonded.

Do you repair and replace water heaters?

Yes. Blue Note Pros repairs, replaces, and installs both traditional tank and tankless water heaters. If the existing unit can reasonably be repaired, they can diagnose the problem before recommending replacement.

What areas do you serve?

Blue Note Pros serves Shreveport, Bossier City, and communities throughout North Louisiana. Their current service-area content specifically lists Shreveport, Bossier City, Benton, Blanchard, Greenwood, Haughton, Keithville, Stonewall, Natchitoches, Pineville, Alexandria, Lake Charles, and additional surrounding communities.
